Description Our mussels are grown on the west coast of the Shetland Islands where they feed on the enriched waters of the Gulf Stream, providing a natural source of nutrients producing large, clean, tasty mussels. Our mussels are harvested and dispatched, within 12 hours, from our modern approved premises in Walls. Cooked and smoked mussels can also be provided on request. Mussels can be bought in any quantity from 1kg to 1 tonne bags.Product Offering
