Description Shetland's farms produce high quality milk, most of which is packaged and sold locally for fresh consumption. The remainder is used to produce tasty cream and additive free butter, as well as natural buttermilk which is excellent for baking cakes and scones.We plan to re-introduced yoghurt to our range very soon, it will be available in 550g natural, and in single serve strawberry, blueberry, fruits of the forest and caramel.
