Description

We produce a delicious range of soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses and scrumptious cheesecakes. Our range of cream cheese 'Birls' are already a firm favourite as are our 'Peerie Isles', young hoop drained cheese rounds. Our own recipe 'Boorik' is enjoyed from a few weeks old but is also great when laid down for a few months. Our more mature hard cheeses 'Hairst Mon' and 'Crofters' are flavoursome delights aged for extra taste.

Our cheesecakes use only Shetland ingredients and all our cheeses are made using vegetarian rennet.
