Baltasound hotel is the most northerly hotel in Britain. The restaurant has recently been refurbished and has huge picture windows giving excellent views towards the Sound. After dinner, enjoy a coffee or liqueur in our relaxing sofa area.

Shetland Produce is used whenever possible with most of the salad products being grown a short distance from the hotel.

Or enjoy a simpler menu in Springers Bar to the rear of the hotel. Good traditional homemade bar food.
